30 Day Return Policy

If you purchase a product from our web site and decide that you no longer want it, we can offer you a refund if all the following criteria are met:

- We must receive the returned item within 30 days of the original purchase date.

- The product must be unopened and unused

- The exterior of the package must be free from damage or marking of any kind

- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

- Credit Card orders that are cancelled are subject to a 4% processing fee that we are, in turn, charged by our credit card processor. Also, we may have specially ordered product from our suppliers in order to fill your order. Many times, we cannot return these items without penalty.

Some special order items that we procured for a specific application may not be refundable.

A: The products must be in the same condition you received them in, as well as in the original packaging. They can be mailed to the address listed on our contact page sent to the attention: Returns - Provided RMA #.

Q: Does Radio Depot refund shipping and provide a return shipping label?

A: Unless an incorrect or defective product was delivered, Radio Depot does not offer refunds on the shipping cost. Generally, we do not cover return shipping unless a mistake was made in the order.
